In case if you want to build your own small business it is often not clear what do we want to do. Also many of the time we do not think very systematically and when the business starts growing it falls apart as the founding system was not very good. This book will help the reader to build a system and process from day 1 of your business that would ensure that when your business grows your system keeps your business processes together. It also ensures when your business grows the system helps your employees to know how to operate it and everything work like a clockwork. As Mark Zuckerberg has said "Peter Thiel have built many successful companies and he have said how in this book".
