This book is a gem. In case if you want to build your own small business it is often not clear what do we want to do. Also many of the time we do not think very systematically and when the business starts growing it falls apart as the founding system was not very good. This book will help the reader to build a system and process from day 1 of your business that would ensure that when your business grows your system keeps your business processes together. It also ensures when your business grows the system helps your employees to know how to operate it and everything work like a clockwork. A definite read for anyone running a business or planning to start a business.

Configuring CI pipeline in Jenkins for PHP projects

This article describes the process of creating a CI (Continuous Integration) pipeline for PHP projects using Jenkins server.  The Architecture The above diagram shows a graphical representation of the whole process. Here we have a git repo, the Jenkins CI server, and its build agent.  The Process   The process begins when the user checks in the code in the git repo. Apache TomEE is a nice small fully certified JavaEE 6 web profile container. In this blog I will show you how to configure netbeans IDE 7.3 beta 2 to work with TomEE Web Profile 1.5.
